Taught by the NAfME Guitar Education Team, Teaching Guitar Workshops equips school music educators to launch and sustain successful classroom guitar and ukulele programs.

Coast to Coast Impact

Since 1995, Teaching Guitar Workshops has trained over 5,000 teachers nationwide. Those educators have opened the door to substantive music education for more than 1.28 million students.

1,393 Guitars Given

 

A total of 1,393 guitars have been given to teachers, along with hundreds of capos, strings, picks, straps, and other accessories, as well as thousands of method books, thanks to the support of our GAMA members and TGW sponsors.
